How to Use Your Medical Insurance

We will submit a bill to your insurance company for each visit. You are responsible for paying any co-pays and deductibles, just as you would be at other clinics. The amount covered by the insurance company depends on your specific health insurance plan. Please contact your insurance provider if you have any questions regarding your coverage. Co-pays and out-of-pocket expenses may be paid by check, debit card, or credit card.
Medical Expense Payment
• Cash Payment
Pay medical expenses in advance using cash (RMB, HKD, or USD) during admission and treatment.
• Credit Card Payment
Pay fees by swiping a credit card (we accept MasterCard, Visa, JCB, American Express, and Discover) at the payment counter. For cards denominated in foreign currencies (such as USD), the bank will automatically convert the amount to RMB based on the prevailing exchange rate.
• Payment via Representative Office

Fees can be paid at Fosun Health’s overseas representative offices; the office will remit the funds to the hospital's medical account, with the hospital covering the remittance fees.
• Remittance Payment

Fees can be paid by remitting funds directly from overseas to our hospital's bank account; the hospital's finance department will provide the specific remittance details.
